'Originalmente nos dieron un cuarto en una sección del hotel muy sucia, en muy mal estado, con sábanas y muebles manchados, cortinas atoradas. Afortunadamente el personal fue muy comprensivo y nos cambiaron a otra área que estuvo muy bonita y limpia y terminamos disfrutando mucho nuestra estancia :) '
