'The food was delicious cooked to order the burritos are fantastic! Just steps from the ocean. The pool is wonderful when the beach is to hot. Lots of shade and cool water. Very relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are basic but your only in them to shower and sleep. It the AC works great we actually had to get blankets because the kids got cold. The staff was great very friendly and accommodating. Tranquilo is a great word to describe the stay!'

'Terrible experience. If you don't have staff to attend to guests, you have to make things work. The hotel isn't finished, everything around the pool had bleach on it, all my friend's clothes were ruined. I told the owner and still there's no response. We also had to buy clothes. When we arrived at the affiliated restaurant, they "couldn't find" our reservation until 45 minutes later, only to serve us a terrible breakfast. I don't usually complain, but $300 for something so deplorable?! And the...

'The service at this place is above and beyond expectations. The staff and manager are quick to respond and make sure you have what you need. The views at night are magical. A sweater is necessary as the nights are cool. I stayed in Dome 3 with the best view in my opinion. It is quite sunny during the day, so leave the place around 9 am and return around 4 pm. We love it, we will definitely return. To get to the domos requieres walking up steep hill, so it is not for those who have knee or back...

'Este hotel tiene 2 cosas muy buenas: la ubicacion con vistavextrordinariaval lago, y la comida buena aunque cara. Pero la construccion, el equipamiento de las habitaciones, los materiales utilizados, todo parece un poco 'cheap', como la ducha electrica, el lavamano de 50cm sin ningun estante para colocar sus cosas, nada de armario ni de colgar su ropa, ni de poner su maleta... Lastima pero se puede mejorar facilmente!'

'Beautiful views!! There are some hiking and mountain biking trails on the grounds, and a small coffee farm. Besides that there isn’t a whole lot to do so I suggest 2-3 days at most. Breakfast is included in your stay but for all your other meals you only have the choice of the restaurant, which had good food but it is a separate fee. '
