'The house is quirky but lovely and the hot tub an added bonus. The views to the mountains across the valley are stunning. It was a 15 minute walk into Teror which is a very nice mountain town. Manuel was a fantastic host who met up to guide us to the house (essential!), was available to answer any questions by WhatsApp and went above and beyond to locate and book a reservation in a bar in Las Palmas so we could watch the World Cup football on the way from the airport!'

'We passed the hotel already 3 times before we saw the hard to see name on the windows. At check-in we didn't have a brush for the toilet. After asking, they told us it's an "extra" and they would arrange it right away. After returning to the hotel in the evening, still no brush. Again to the reception and they could only provide it the next day. The "hdmi" on the TV wasn't working. After consulting the concierge, they said they would send the technician. No technician seen the next day so the...

'hôtel absolument magnifique dans les moindres détails, œuvre d'art, éclairage, ambiance des patios, mobilier balinais, etc... Ne pas se fier a l'emplacement au bord de la route. Rapport qualité/prix (a nos dates) imbattable. '

'Vriendelijke personeel, locatie is perfect, prijs is in verhouding met de kwaliteit van de accommodaties. Wat minder goed is, is de higiene (schoonmaak) van de douche mag zeker verbeter worden! De rest van de badkamer was zeker schoon! Het is wel een aanrader.'
