Experience a retreat at our charming residence nestled in the heart of Terre Haute. You`ll enjoy privacy as you have the entire property to yourself, featuring a renovated kitchen equipped with quartz countertops, a filtered water dispenser, and appliances including a coffeemaker, microwave, and mini-dishwasher. We offer guests a complimentary coffee bar with a variety of caffeine delights, as well as a snack basket.

You`ll discover two bedrooms situated upstairs, each furnished with King and Queen-sized beds, including ceiling fans, blackout curtains and smart TVs mounted on the wall.

Our bathroom has been tastefully updated to incorporate a vanity, a mirror with overhead lighting, and a shower complete with a supportive grab bar. For maximum convenience, we supply fresh towels as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Unwind in our open-plan living and dining area – perfect for enjoying meals, relaxing, or catching up on your favorite shows on the expansive 65` Smart TV. The living room has shades on all windows for utmost privacy.

Venture to the well-lit basement for enjoyment in the game room, or to access a third bedroom replete with a 55” smart TV.

Our home nestled in a tranquil and secure neighborhood features a fully-fenced backyard enhanced with a cozy fire pit. It’s conveniently located within a 6-minute drive to ISU stadium, a 10-minute distance to Union Hospital or Rose Hulman, and just a few minutes from local shops and eateries.

We allow a maximum of two well-behaved pets with an additional fee of $75 per stay.

Venture beyond the home to the nearby Meadows Shopping Center, or take in the natural beauty of Deming Park. A short drive will lead you to Indiana State University, downtown Terre Haute, or the fun-filled Bogey`s Family Fun Center. Our home is a launchpad to explore and appreciate all the offerings of Terre Haute and beyond.
Additional fees include:
Our house accommodates 4 people - any additional people over 4 have to be approved by hosts. If you bring unapproved guests and or visitors not listed on your reservation- you may be charged a minimum penalty of $150/guest/day. Approved guests over 4 are an additional $35/night.
$50/hour - unapproved late checkout
No pets are allowed inside or outside the house unless agreed to by homeowner and registered with your stay. We do require a one time pet fee to be paid prior to your arrival.
There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside or outside the house. We also have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs/weapons inside or outside of our house. Failure to abide by these rules may result in us asking you to leave.

-If you have a reservation change, please let us know.
-Free parking on the street or in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don’t park in the grass. We do not offer garage parking at this time.
-Keep basement door latched/locked when not in use.

-Guests agree to leave anytime before or at 10am day of checkout.
-Please remove shoes anytime when entering the house.
-Please keep all food in the dining room/kitchen area.
-As our guest, you agree to pay for any damaged or missing items, or damage to the house.
-We reserve the right during your stay to have access to the house for repairs or other necessary reasons.
-Any guests who stay with us agree to always abide by all local and state laws. Guests must be respectful and considerate of all other guests, hosts, neighbors, and any people in and around the house/property at all times. Any guests who do not follow these rules, will be asked to leave immediately and without refund.

Safety and Liability reminders:
The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests on the property are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Any guests staying at our home releases hosts from all liability relating to injuries that may occur. By making a reservation, guests agree to hold the hosts entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for any injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. By making a reservation, guests also understand that hosts are not responsible for any damaged or stolen goods, vehicles, or property of any kind.
By making a reservation, guests forfeit all right to bring suit against hosts for any reason and will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and/or as explained to guests. Guests will make every effort to be in compliance and obey any and all local laws, booking site policies, and house guidelines/rules as well. By making a reservation, guests agree to ask hosts for clarification when needed.
