Located within the “Abba Urci” residential village in Sarrala – Marina di Tertenia (Ogliastra), just 300 meters from the sea, a beautiful cottage surrounded by greenery is available for rent—ideal for families and groups of friends seeking peace and nature.

The cottage can accommodate up to 8 people (with the option to add a cot) and consists of:
- 3 double bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds, and one with a bed that converts to a double)
- living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed
- 2 bathrooms (one of which is private)
- Spacious outdoor porch with a barbecue
- Private garden, rear veranda
- Reserved parking space and private entrance
- Storage room


The house features a private pool shared only with the three adjacent properties, ensuring privacy and relaxation.
