'Next time as a courtesy, it would be nice to know if our room that we will be staying in is going to be right next-door to the laundry room. Our stay was quiet and pleasant for the most part, however we were woken up about 3 or 4 AM to the sound of slamming of washer and dryer doors next to us which caused the pictures in our room to shake and wake us up.'

'The thermostat was malfunctioning — and we had to call the front desk in the early morning hours. After turning the breaker on and off multiple times — and the front desk worker coming in to observe the unit, she told us we couldn’t be moved after requesting to relocate.
We had to call back multiple times downstairs until she finally was able to move us to the 5th floor. This was all in the late night/early morning hours and very inconvenient.
