Excellente adresse
Très bien situé pour visiter Tetouan. Parking gardé payant à proximité. Contactez l'hébergement pour infos sup. Riad avec beaucoup de charme. Chambre Sahara confortable et conforme au descriptif et photos. Excellent restaurant sur place à des tarifs très raisonnables et qui sert de l'alcool. Possibilité de manger à l'intérieur ou sur la belle terrasse. Petit déjeuner complet et excellent. Personnel professionnel, serviable (est venu me chercher à proximité pour garer ma voiture au bon parking) et adorable.

Hotel en el centro de la Medina. Personal muy amable. La habitación bien acondicionada, el colchón duro pero confortable. El restaurante/bar en la azotea muy agradable. Gestionan la posición de taxis para el aeropuerto u otra dirección. Para repetir seguro

El riad está muy bien y el personal es muy agradable y servicial. La terraza tiene unas magníficas vista y es ideal para descansar. El riad tiene un buen restaurante pero algo caro, incluso más caro que en España comiendo lo mismo. Se puede comer en sitios locales por la tercera parte. Lo que sí tiene que no lo hay en otro sitio es cerveza y vino. Sólo lo hay en dos restaurantes de Tetuán.

This is a beautiful old Riad. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a bit noisy because the window was facing an alley way. The breakfast was great and the service was excellent. We would highly recommend staying here!

the hotel put me in a very unsafe situation where I was separated from my friend, cheated out of money, had my wallet stolen and was sent off with a stranger who tried to take me to a different location.

Buenos días Primero, me sorprendió que usted no nos ha dicho nada de esto cuando estuvo en el hotel. por segundo nosotros no podemos estar culpables por una cosa fuera del hotel. We spent one night only at Riad El Reducto but we would have loved to stay longer. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and well equipped. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and both were superb. The riad is also licenced to serve alcohol and has a lovely rooftop terrace with amazing views were you can enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine which is a rare find in Morocco! Above all else however it was the fantastic team of people working at the riad that really blew us away. Without any exception every single member of the team whom we had the absolute pleasure to meet were gracious, friendly, attentive, professional and kind. We loved this place and we'll most definitely return.

Pleasant hotel with friendly service
We, a retired couple, stayed at this Riad for one night in September. The hotel is located in the pedestrian-only Medina, but someone met us at the drop-off point outside the walls and carried our bags to the hotel. The central courtyard is ornately decorated and acts as the front desk and hotel restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful, although most spoke Arabic, bits or French or bits of Spanish and little or no English. Friendly gestures and smiles worked wonders. Our room was actually in a smaller Riad annex across the narrow laneway. The room consisted of a sitting area overlooking the interior courtyard, with a large bathroom off one end and a confortable well air-conditioned room (with comfortable bed) off the other. Everything that we wanted to see was close by, including both the old Medina and the newer colonial town. We had an enjoyable dinner in the Riad’s restaurant, which was licensed for beer and wine. Breakfast was more than ample and, for a reasonable price, the kitchen packed us a takeaway lunch for our onward bus ride

Riad maravilloso
Nos costó un poco encontrarlo debido a que está dentro de la Medina, pero eso es parte de su encanto, no sabemos decir que ha sido lo mejor, la habitación, la limpieza, la comida, el trato, la decoración....., un sitio para repetir.

Tetouan-El Reducto Style
The riad is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Service and staff are excellent and accommodating. I use a wheelchair and they have one room which is handicap friendly, not completely wheelchair acccessible yet the owner is making great strides in having one room which has a ramp to the room and a roll in shower. A few more ramps which she is in the process of adding and it will be one of the few places in Maroc which is available to wheelers. The riad also has a good restaurant, a nice wine selection and breakfast was generous, delicious and served anytime after 8:00am.

Lovely riad in the center of Tetouan
From the minute we checked in we were treated with kindness and respect. The staff is helpful and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and available any time after 8:00AM; that in itself was a treat. The room was clean, nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. I am a paraplegic and the bathroom was easy to maneuver which included a roll-in shower. It may not be accessible for a larger person as the doorways were narrow but this is the first hotel I have stayed in in Morocco which is handicapped friendly. The owner is making improvements all the time to make the room more accessible and the staff is ready to help if you need anything. El Refucto also has an excellent restaurant and a nice wine selection.

Struttura curata, all'ingresso della medina in posizione strategica per visitare la città, garage custodito a breve distanza (a piedi), personale cortese. Lo consiglio a chi vuole visitare Tetouan. Ottimo ristorante, buona scelta e cura dei piatti.

Excellent stay. Plenty of hot water. Clean and comfortable. A delightful Riad. Well situated in the medina and appropriately updated. Personal were friendly and professional. Breakfast and dinner wen well beyond what was expected.

Moroccan style Riad in old town
Small Riad tucked among winding alleys in the old Mdina. Room had only a small window, since hotel is surrounded by old buildings. Nice roof terrace. Staff friendly and helpful. Good food.

El Riad esta bien situado, cerca del palacio Real, limpio y el personal muy atento siempre dispuesto a ayudarte, además hablan español. El único inconveniente son las habitaciones que se sitúan en la parte donde se dan los desayunos que no tienen ventilación, aunque disponen de aire acondicionado.

Idealmente ubicado
Hotel ubicado dentro de la medina pero a pocos pasos del "ensanche" de Tetúan. Ideal para visitar la ciudad. Todos los empleados muy amables y serviciales, desde el recepcionista, camareros y mujeres de limpieza. La habitación decorada con mucho gusto y el desayuno completo. Recomendamos haceros un masaje en el hotel. La chica que los hace es muy simpática y profesional. Por poner un pequeño inconveniente, sería la insonorización de la habitación. Nos tocó una familia con niños al lado y los gritos de los niños nos despertaron por la mañana temprano. Pero por todo lo demás, perfecta relación calidad-precio.
