LAY OUT: Mistral is an Ibiza Style villa, it offers us all the necessary comfort for a warm and modern life. It has a perfect lay out for us to enjoy the best holidays. With a round shape private swimming pool , the outside spaces offer us many different ways of enjoying a warm and nice weather that we have in the Alicante area.



INTERIOR: The entrance hall has an access to the corridor, on the left there is a living room, eating room and American kitchen with a central island. On one side there is a table with several chairs for having meals, snacks or a nice tea or coffee. In the living room there is a fire place as well as very comfortable sofas and a coffee table. This room is located slightly lower than the kitchen that’s why there are a few steps, that gives the room a warm atmosphere intensified by the presence of the fire place. On the first floor there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has its private bathroom. Next to it we will find two more bedrooms with double beds. At the end of the corridor we will have the biggest bedroom, a master one with a double bed and its own bathroom. This is a very bright property. On the ground floor there is a room that is now used as a laundry and has a direct access to the garden.



EXTERIOR: There are many different areas outside in the villa Mitral. As soon as we get into it we will find a spacious uncovered parking suitable for one or two vehicles. Then we will access the main terrace from the living room, There is a table with its chairs so we can share all kind of meals with our family or friends. On the right side there is a very relaxing chill-out corner under the shade. On the left, protected from the wind, there is another round shape table where we can have a cold lemonade, a drink or just play cards. Going down the stairs we arrive to the private swimming pool. Very original round shape that offers us amazing views to the sea and Moraira hills. The sunbeds that are around it allow us to sunbathe at any time of the day. There is a small bar with its banks by the pool. From the laundry on the ground floor we have access to the side garden where we will find a hidden hammock. The garden is all around the villa, we can go back to the house going up the stairs. Mistral is a very charming villa. It has different areas and spaces that give every member of the family the opportunity of having their own corner in paradise.



LOCATION: The villa is located only 5 minutes far from Moraira town. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and all kind of shops. We also have the opportunity of enjoying from the amazing local beaches and the harbours of the Costa Blanca. Just 200 metres far from the villa there is a supermarket that gives us the chance of buying any necessary product whenever we wish. The panoramic views of Mistral are just amazing.
