Villa Mar Alborán is de ideale vakantievilla in Moraira aan de Costa Blanca. Gelegen in een rustige, doodlopende straat in de exclusieve en rustige omgeving van Pla del Mar in Moraira. 5 minuten lopen naar de stad en 9 minuten lopen naar het strand.

Verscholen achter heggen ligt deze prachtige vakantievilla met een ruime tropische privétuin en beveiligd zwembad. U zult genieten van deze typisch mediterrane villa en genieten van de keuze uit vele verschillende terrassen die zowel zon als schaduw bieden. Dit is een geweldige plek om rustig te lezen, te zonnebaden of te genieten van een cocktail bij zonsondergang.

De nieuwe gerenoveerde middelste verdieping is een geweldige ruimte voor sociale bijeenkomsten en kookavonden.

De villa is milieuvriendelijk met zonnepanelen, warmtepomp en batterij.

Interieur
Villa 6 kamers 195 m2 op 3 verdiepingen, comfortabel en mooi ingericht. Geschikt voor 8 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. De villa is verdeeld over drie verdiepingen zonder interne trappen.

De middelste verdieping (gerenoveerd in 2024) is verdeeld in hal, open woonkamer en keuken, tv, badkamer, twee slaapkamers, waarvan één met en-suite badkamer. Uitgang naar een glazen overdekt terras met prachtig zeezicht (in gebruik als eetkamer). Uitgang naar de tuin.

Zolderverdieping: (buitentrap) slaapkamer 24 m2 met badkamer. Uitgang naar balkon met fantastisch uitzicht op zee en ongelooflijke zonsondergangen.

Benedenverdieping: (buitentrap), apart appartement met woonkamer met open keuken, TV en slaapbank, slaapkamer en badkamer. Uitgang naar overdekt terras vanuit zowel de woonkamer als de slaapkamer. Geschikt voor 2+2

Home away from home

The house had everything to make our stay comfortable, everything you could think of was available. Comfy beds, well equiped kitchens, nice pool and great views. Change of linen and towels weekly. Good communication with the cleaning lady, thanks Rassa! We had several guests and they all whished they could stay longer. And so did we.

Amazing Stay in a Holiday Villa in Moraira, Spain!

I recently had an incredible stay with my family in a holiday villa in Moraira, Spain. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the villa's fantastic location. It was within walking distance of the charming town of Moraira, which meant we had easy access to all the amenities and attractions nearby. One of the first things that caught our attention was how clean and well-maintained the villa was. Everything was neatly organized, and it was evident that attention had been paid to every detail to ensure guests feel right at home. The interior was stylish and comfortable, with ample space for our family of four adults and a three-year-old. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful swimming pool. It was spacious and well-maintained, perfect for cooling off during the hot days. Our three-year-old had the time of his life in the pool, and we all enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers around the pool while taking in the beautiful surroundings. As for the amenities, we were not disappointed. The villa was equipped with everything we needed, from a fully-equipped kitchen where we could prepare delicious meals to comfortable beds, a spacious living room, and a dining area where we could enjoy meals together. Additionally, there was ample parking space for two cars, which was very convenient. The location of the villa was also perfect for us. We could easily walk to the town of Moraira, where we could enjoy cozy restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches. It was nice to take an evening stroll and soak in the atmosphere of the town without having to worry about finding parking. Overall, our stay in this holiday villa in Moraira was an unforgettable experience. The location within walking distance of Moraira town, the clean and well-maintained villa, the abundance of amenities, and the delightful swimming pool made it the perfect choice for our family vacation. We would highly recommend this villa to others looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Moraira. Thanks again for your hospitality

Stayed here a couple of times now. Beautiful villa. Amazing location just a short walk into town. Housekeep Rasa was fabulous and kept in touch to ensure all was well. Will definitely be returning as we love moraira and found this villa a great location.

Absolutely amazing!

From the moment we arrived it was a 5* experience. Rasa greeted us at the property as we arrived early so we could leave our luggage while we explored the area. She was very friendly and responsive by WhatsApp when we had a minor issue with a sink (which was also dealt with promptly). The villa was very clean and well equipped. Our 3 groups were spread across the 3 floors which worked really well, allowing privacy but with a fabulous communal area. The pool was amazing and we sunbathed there every day. There is not a single fault, it was wonderful and we were all sad to leave! Moraira is a small town but very lovely with lots of shops and restaurants. The walk is only 10-15 minutes and the area felt very quiet and safe. We would all love to come back again one day. Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property. I don't know where to start: Plenty of place to relax by the pool, the great dining table with the spectacular view, short walking distances to the harbour and supermarkets, but actually you just want to stay at the house, because it is so nice. Great recommendation!

Fantastic villa so close to the town

The photos don’t do this villa justice. The villa worked perfectly for our family holiday with the split living over the three floors allowing everyone their independence. They had everything you could need and you could happily spend the week without venturing into to the town if you wanted. We regularly walked into town which took no more than 15 minutes. Some of our party weren’t able to do the walk, but access by car was easy. Moraira offered ann overwhelming amount of restaurants. Could have easily spent another week there. We had a 2 year old with us and found the villa and the town to be very child friendly with lots of parks and crystal clear beaches. Would definetly recommend to anyone with or without children. Could not be faulted.

Fantastic villa.

Best villa we have stayed in. 7 people in total - 3 teens and 4 parents. Standard of villa very high. Town great. Walking distance to town. 3 girls (17, 15 and 14) could safely explore on their own. Food in restaurants good and lovely area. Supermarket close by. Great to have beds changed and bathrooms cleaned after a week. Would highly recommend.

The Villa is wonderful, we had a lovely time here, and hardly moved away from the pool for the first few days. It is a simple down hill walk into the lovely town. I would recommend it, and we may well be back again.

We had a fantastic time at this villa. The communication was great throughout with quick responses. When we arrived, the villa was better than the pictures! It had everything we needed and more! With an abundance of utensils and equipment which made our stay stress-free. Air-con in all of the rooms too. Walking distance to the town (10-15mins) and local beach (15-20mins). We drove to a few beach coves (20mins) and to the waterfalls (60 mins). We were a group of 8 girls and this seemed to be a safe neighbourhood for us. We had a fun night out in Saxos too! We hired cars to drive from Alicante airport which was helpful as taxis seemed difficult to get- but there was great parking at the villa. Overall we had a perfect stay- could not thank you enough! We hope to come back!

Family holiday.

We spent a week in this loveley house. Perfect with a fully equipped apartment on the bottom floor for the family with a toddler. We spent many wonderfull evnings in the "diningroom with the doors opened. The pool area was excellent with pleanty of sunbeds for everyone.

We were 4 couples holidaying together so the separate accommodation levels worked well, we also had family that lived locally visit so the outside space, lower level kitchen land bbq was excellent. Only thing missing was an information folder.
