'The house, built 1870, would be a dream for children: candy, cookies, chocolate, muffins, candybars e v e r y w h e r e !! Inside it has an extensive collection of all kind of odds and ends, which makes the house so cozy! We stayed in the governer's room, a big room with a comfortable king bed. You must not count on (daily) cleaning and making the bed, because both jobs won't happen. That was a bit disappointing, because we stayed for four nights and had expected that to happen. The room...

'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be. I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. If you’re traveling solo, make sure to ask for a room that’s not adjoining. I did not feel safe knowing the person in the room next to...

'Great hotel'

'1. there was trash on the floor when I arrived ( this wasn't a big deal to me. It was just a drink cover & something else near the wastebasket ,& an old kleenex sorta behind the chair). 2. breakfast/food was ok, but certainly not great. FAKE eggs were terrible, just use real eggs or nothing ! toaster is across the room from bread ... it was the second morning I was there before I even noticed it. No real fruit available. yes , there were some tired apples & oranges in a bowl ... again ,...

'The hotel did disappoint. There was no hot water and no internet! Additionally, the room was quite dark and dingy, with only two lamps in the room, neither of which were bright. We had trouble looking through suitcases in the almost dark room! The hotel outside and lobby are so nice I couldn't believe that the room was so below expectations. Would not recommend. Staff were very friendly though. Food choices at night were limited and overpriced.'

'Service is so good and the room very clean and comfortable. Restrooms very clean and restaurant foods are very yummy!!!'

'nice property'

'The staff is so nice rooms are so clean'

'Clean room, nice breakfast, great property and friendly staff.Home 2 Suites is our favorite, the only place we stay.'

'Enig nadeel was dat er geen wifi was op de 4de verdieping. '

'Smoky but to be expected I guess for a casino. Smelled like a bowling alley when we walked in. But the restaurants and sports bar were non smoking so that was a plus.'

'The place was kinda dingy. My door moved Everytime some closed their door. It wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't stay there a second time.'

'With the pool was open, that ruined my trip'

'had a walk in shower designed for wheel chair access. I don't need one but I will constructively say, and reported that the slope on the outside was slick & should be more of a matted finish. Other than that my stay was excellent. Everything was just as it should be. The employees were polite, professional and efficient. I travel several times a month & intend to stay at Marriott Hamilton hotels as a minimum standard.'
