"Uitzicht vanuit het zwembad was prachtig. Jammer genoeg niet kunnen zwemmen in de zee aangezien vaak door bloed het strand weg overspoeld was. De kamer was redelijk ruim en netjes. Geen 4 sterren waardig. Eerder een 3 sterren. De badkamer was zeker niet 4 sterren. Eerder een 2 Sterren. Als je vanuit Bangkok naar Krabi gaat dan is het personeel in Krabi in vergelijking met Bangkok een stuk minder gastvrij. Wel aardig verder. De schoonmaakster kwam toch elke keer weer kloppen op de deur ondanks het bordje do not disturb. Het hotel is in mijn ogen niet 4 sterren waardig. Het perceel met de zwembaden en massage hut en prachtige omgeving zeker wel 4 sterren waardig. De kamer zijn zo gehorig dat ik de buurman hoorde plassen. "

"Cons - remote location and steep prices in restaurants and bars - staff is rigid and lacking any awareness. Most speak no or little English. The rest is probably restricted by rules of the management. The typical “Thai friendliness” is nowhere to be found. - far to little drinking water provided in the room (2,5 liter for 6 persons) probably to sell more Italian water?!? Which they serve as standard, but they also have Thai water. - overall the place feels like the management is lacking (understaffed, not sufficient training, etc) you get the feeling they want to maximize profit instead of your pleasure. Pros - beautiful designed resort - room fantastic and beds very good"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was beautiful and had great facilities (eg 24h gym, nice pool, nice garden). We stayed at a standard room and premium room and both were disappointing. Although both rooms were spacious and modern, they had several negatives. The standard room was located near the street and it seemed as if we were sleeping on the street/with all windows open. In both rooms you could hear the people in the hallways and rooms next door as if you were in the same room. The cleaning was also not as expected/seemed super rushed. The premium room was also very dark and had lowered ceilings due to which my partner (203cm) could not fully stand in the bathroom. On top of all this, we also wanted to arrange an early taxi via the hotel for to the harbour. The hotel could not assist us with this and we had to book the taxi via their partner touring agency and ended up paying 5x the average fee and the taxi was 15min late. Overall would not recommend this hotel."

"Location was perfect. 5minute walk to beach and any restaurant. And despite that it was not facing any busy street so was very quiet at night. We had to change the room once cus we found mold spots in the bathroom and the new room was still moldy but bearable. Overall amazing and pool was nice"
