'The hotel staff were great. The hotel is pretty far from the BTS station and malls, but the hotel made it easy to get to with the free Tuk-Tuk transportation. The hotel driver made many recommendations to out daily destinations and we highly appreciated them. The hotel room was great and we liked the accommodations. We stayed for 5 nights and only tried the drinking hour once and liked it. I would stay here again.'

Bed in dorms was nice, with privacy curtain, small storage underneath (larger backpacks did not fit so they were in the way in the hallway). Also a cubby with key for storing away small valuables. 'The hotel itself has a nice and clean design with friendly staff and is located near several nice parts and attractions of Bangkok. However, our stay was slightly disappointing because of the fact that the rooms seemed to be having single glass windows. With the hotel being located at a busy street with 24/7 busy traffic it seemed as if we were sleeping with the windows open… The cleaning seemed rushed.'

'We arrived around 1am and the security guard welcomed us and helped us with the bags up to the 3rd floor. So nice and helpful. The staff made a lovely light breakfast and were so welcoming. The staff arranged a car for us to return to airport. This is a hostel but they really offered excellent service!'

"Good hotel for price and location. I would return. The lobby is on the 12th floor but lifts are fast and work fine. I received vouchers for a free welcome drink and 100 THB discount for the spa. Didn't take breakfast but it's only 250 THB and I think there was a good buffet available and a great view. The room was nice. The room was nice, floor was a bit old but apart from that quite clean and everything worked. Shower was nice and warm woth great pressure. Free Wi-fi was fast and easy to connect. Nice views from the deck on the 12th floor. The swimming pool is fine to chill. Gym was a bit dated but sufficient for a workout. Towel and cool water available. CON: My room was on the 6th floor which was also accessible by an outside elevator. Everyone could get to that floor via the parking garage and the communal lifts. There is a door which separates the two areas but this door is broken and stays open. All staff were friendly, attentive and polite. "
