'From the minute you enter the door of the inn, we were greeted by a friendly member of the concierge team who showed us around & to our room. The whole team were very accommodating & friendly. recommended restaurants and always asked if we needed anything.
The full breakfast with different options was amazing. The food was delicious.

'We LOVE 21 Broad. We make it a point to stay here whenever we come to Nantucket. It’s so charming. The staff are all friendly and helpful every single time. The morning coffee and continental breakfast is great - there are a lot of options from yogurts, to gf doughnuts, to eggs with a savory salt. Yum! The back patio is quiet and cozy. You can’t beat the location. There is a bonus front porch with chairs for people watching or just resting your legs after a day of shopping at all the great shops...

'Het hotel is nieuw en ziet er aan de buitenzijde mooi uit. Echter bij de ontwikkeling van het hotel is er totaal niet gedacht aan geluidsisolatie. Je hoort je zij- onder- en bovenburen, de airco zowel binnen als de units buiten, het geluid van het restaurant en allerlij andere vage herrie van machines in het pand. Ook zijn de harde houten vloeren gehorig. Het eiland is supermooi en delicate van het hotel ook, maar er zijn in de buurt veel betere alternatieven '

Friendly check in, helpful concierge information and great shuttle service met or exceeded everything we could've asked for. Even took advantage of the outdoor pool for some down time relaxation.
