'It’s not up to par with all the other Home2suites. Dirty carpet in room, also a dirty rag left by our sink. Weird. Won’t stay here again. Breakfast was awful.'

'Staff was unhelpful and rude. It took over 40 minutes to get the shuttle from the airport. The hotel is only five minutes away from airport. Bed frame was broken and lopsided.'

'The lobby is being remodeled so there is no access to it; the picture on the website should be removed or this should be noted. However, check in was quick/efficient. Parking was adequate. The entrance to the halls smells heavily of smoke, etc. Thankfully the room did not smell of smoke. The TV was unavailable through the rain. Bedding, towels, toiletries were adequate. The shower provided only extremely hot water making it unusable. The AC worked properly.'

'One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had after booking a hotel staff at the front desk hung up with me twice after I called to ask for the shuttle to the airport and they never sent it. I actually had to end up booking a new room.'

'Het zwembad was dicht, er was geen shuttle naar het vliegveld en er was niets in de buurt. De man achter de balie vertelde me waar ik een bushalte kon vinden maar om daar te komen moest ik een snelweg oversteken. Ik was dus aangewezen op uber taxi's. Het slot van mijn deur viel bijna uit de muur dus eigenlijk kon iedereen zo binnenkomen'

'The carpet in the hallways definitely needs to be replaced, and the numbers on my air conditioner didn't work, so I had no idea what I was setting the A/C to. I may have been dead tired, but the bed was most comfortable and I slept wonderfully.'

'I checked in late after a long couple connecting flights and went to bed immediately, started coughing during the night. In the morning when out of bed I stepped on the carpet, I noticed my socks got wet walking to the window area I also noticed a large black mold (2 feet in length) on the wall 5.5 feet above the floor behind the curtains. ... after I went to front desk and reported it, their staff went along with me, checked and took photos, then they immediately told me to move to another...

'Este hotel no deberia ni existir lo utilizamos por urgencia porque la aerolínea tuvo un retraso y era de los pocos hoteles con ocupación disponible pero terrible todo allí, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.'
