'The room was clean and quite. The staff was very kind and helpful. The parking is very convenient and well lite. The breakfast was what was expected and seem to be enough for the number.'

'Never seen a place so stingy with towels. I had to ask almost every day for, bat tub towel, floor mat towel, and wash cloths. HK would take them daily but only replace 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth. Tub is slick and so is the floor. It was advertised as sound proof rooms but if your room faces I35 it's plenty noisy. Other than that, it was a good room for the price.'

'Staff is rude and not helpful. Keys would fail constantly causing us to go and get them redone. Room smelled horrible and furniture was all in bad shape. Couldn’t adjust TV because it feels like it’s about fall off the wall. Bed was uncomfortable and they would not let us have more pillows (the ones we had were very flat). It was some of the worst sleep I’ve ever had.'

'Upon arrival to the motel, Staff were not helpful. We were in town to visit family, we didn't want to check in early, but wanted to pay for our room so we wouldn't have to interrupt our visit with family just to come back and check in. They would not accommodate or make any arrangements. When we returned to check in the front door had a sign taped to it stating, "Please use other door", with an arrow pointing to another door. We had to pay $20.00 just to park in the parking lot of the motel. The...

'The halls and establishment had an unusual smell . The room was hot in the living area and pull out sofa was very uncomfortable for the kids . I would not recommend this place unfortunately .'
