'prima Hotel, erg dichtbij het vliegveld Leeds, LBA, 10 minuutjes rijden. Restaurant helaas was al bezet maar in de bar kon gelukkig ook gewoon diner besteld worden en daar gegeten. Kamer prima in orde, wifi iet wat langzaam maar dat is Engeland...'

'It was consistent with expectation and you get what you pay for. Which wasn't a lot. It served its purpose as an overnight stop-over before an early flight. Easy parking, convenient for LBA. Food awful. Bed was comfortable, room was clean but dark, shabby and rather depressing. Best bit - escaping into early morning sunshine.'

'Spacious however I did not see one member of staff after I checked in aid before i checked out. My towels were not changed once over my 3 night stay '

' The host was pleasant and made us welcome on arrival but the condition and the cleanliness of the property decoration, the carpets and our bathroom in general was so poor that we decided not to stay and left the property. We think the 9/10 and the 10/10 reviews of the hotel are very misleading and we should have looked more carefully before booking. We hope the management improves the property and does well in the future however we would not go back to the hotel.'

'I didn't have breakfast. However, whilst the room was tidy the pillows were like concrete blocks. Also the bathroom had damp and fungus because they dont have an extractor fan. The room also are in need of decoration. I paid £89 and i wouldnt say it was worth £30. Disappointed. Whilst the lady on reception was polite and courteous i wont be staying there again. I work in Leeds a few times a year so i will put this on my 'do not use' list of properties.'

'When I woke up at 7:30 AM there was no water in my bathroom. So I went to the reception but is was closed. I found someone in the restaurant who could not help me at all. No one available to help. I will never visit this hotel ever again. '

'Poorly kept room with spring pushing through the mattress, bathroom window was stuck open and the room was generally in a poor state.'
