'We were in town for one night after a late basketball game and just needed a place to wash up and sleep. The hotel isn’t new, but it was clean. There was a slight stale smell when we first walked into the room, but I carry Lysol, and once I sprayed the surfaces and beds, it wasn’t noticeable anymore. 'I gave an overall Ok rating because one of the reasons we stay at an Embassy Suites is the happy hour and breakfasts. Both mornings clean plates, utensils and tables were scarce. Food on the buffet was always low. Food was very good and courteous and staff where clearly working hard but they were very under staffed. Room was great and clean. Would recommend.'

'Pillow had lots of visible hair (not mine) on it and I noticed it as soon as I got into the room. The front desk staff was apologetic and provided me with new pillows. I checked in at night so it seemed that maybe housekeeping had left for the day already and I was asked to go to the lobby to receive the replacement pillows. 'The fact that they gave my room to someone else and tried to blame Expedia for their mistakes. I don’t need a king size bed. I needed a room with 2 queens and that what I paid for. The day that they lied to me the whole time is crazy.'

'They may be fixing the property before Texas A&M graduation, and football season. The room is spacious, a nice layout, and comes equipped with a large refrigerator. However, there was only a single coat hanger inside of the large closet. For two guests, only one packet of coffee was provided. Overall, I felt that a little more attention to detail would have gone a long way.'

'The staff is always so polite and professional. We stay there every time we are in CS. My only compliant, the rooms are starting to show their age. The room is clean, just dated.
