'I do my own clean test at hotels: doorknobs, faucet handles, remote control... my wipes came back still white. No human or animal hair on the floors or in the shower. No mold, no dirt in the corners. They really do an exceptional job! The staff were awesome. Trey (sp?) was so welcoming even though we came late in the night. He held the same high energy as when we saw him in the daytime. I love when a hotel has good people who don't treat guests as an intrusion of their free time and space, and...

The coffee maker in the room was either hard to figure out or it wasn't working, but I only tried to use it within half an hour of checking out, so I didn't worry about asking staff.
