In reaction on this review I would like to say that we at Lily Pond are very upset about this review that is absolutely not in line with other reviews we received. We always appreciate feedback and even if it is not positive we can learn from it, but we do find that the senders "Anonymous" name and heading "Spammers" are very suspicious and even the text has nothing to do with any guest experience. We also do not have any information about the sender's stay at Lily Pond. We have requested Expedia to remove it, but unfortunately the answers was that it is still within the guide lines, so unfortunately we have to except and respect this. Niels Hendriks (owner)
