'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos,
the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about,
and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'

'Mooi appartement met alles er op en er aan maar wel een kleine badkamer met een open douche dus alles wordt drijfnat. Ook het 2 persoonsbed (denk 140x200) was heel klein voor 2 volwassenen. Maar voor 2 nachten prima te doen en dichtbij centrum, pubs en restaurants.'

The only minor point was that I could not get the heater to zero so it was a bit warm in the room at night.

Daarnaast is er nog een minibar. Er is een klein ontbijtbuffet; verse toast en koffie/thee wordt geserveerd. "Het parkeren was lastig. We kregen geen goede instructie hoe we in de parkeergarage konden komen. De opening van de deur van de garage om bij het hotel te komen stond er ook niet duidelijk. (We stonden enige tijd opgesloten in de garage.)
Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. De kamer lag op de 6e verdieping. Heel rustig!
Het ontbijt kost 10 pond. Het was erg uitgebreid. Bij het inchecken doorgeven dat je ontbijt wil. (Anders kost het 14 pond.)
De lift werkt met een pas.
