'Probably one of the best homes we have stayed at with our family of six plus spouses and grand children. The home does not look like much from the street but once you enter the gates it has meticulously groomed gardens with plenty of enclosed space for everyone. 'Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!'

'This was an amazing experience for our first Vrbo vacation. The check in instructions were easy to follow and the place very clean. Many fine details in the unit that I found magnificent - for example the wooden doors. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the double showers in the bathrooms!! The jetted tub was an extra.
