'We stayed Saturday night in the studio apartment, which is directly opposite the main hotel. The entrance hall is a little run down but the apartment itself is excellent! Really comfortable and clean with separate bed, living, dining and kitchen areas. It has everything you need for a night or two, right down to a jar of sweets and a yoga mat. 'Staff - lovely / friendly Check in- quick, staff great Room - clean - a little odd layout (due to age of building) - like sloping ceiling - high window - but fine for a short stay. Breakfast - excellent and constantly being refreshed Great value for money - especially if pre-booked Spa - nice / clean -wasn’t busy when I used. Gym- limited equipment- but had sole use when I visited - so great, but may need to wait for equipment at busy times. Overall - can’t fault for the money '

'What a lively quaint listed accomodation. We were extremely happy with our rooms, they were clean and spacious. My sister has very arthritic knees, so it was essential it was not a shower in a bath. We both had showers, the only problem, there was a step up to the tray. however this was only a minor problem. a couple od little things, which I spoke about to the staff on leaving.The room itself had all the facilities that you needed, Tea and coffee was in abundunce, TV hairdryer, plenty of power...
