'Third stay here and the place just gets better. Unlike other hotels that get tired and worn out - this one is always maintained very well and repairs that need doing are done - not left to get worse. Staff are brilliant and friendly. Restaurant and continental breakfast very good. Close to A1 so easy to get anywhere around. 'The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful places in the world. The view at sunset is as memorable and spectacular as the beautiful roses garden surrounding the hotel. 'The space was very clean and comfortable. The room was unexpectedly cleaned every day to our surprise. The location is conveniently right off of the main route with access to all shopping, restaurants, and churches. Riccardo was the best. I can’t speak highly enough of him. "The Yellow House is a lovely place to stay. This was our third time here. We really enjoy staying here. The house is beautiful with lots of space for our whole family. The pool is great and the garden is really nice with lots of seats in the sun and shadow. We'll definately be back sometime in the near future. "This house is located beautifully and has everything you need to relax. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms have closets to organize your luggage and both bathrooms are spacious. Everything is nice and clean in the house and there is enough room to move around with 5 adults.The area is gorgeous. Even from your bedroom window you have an amazing view over the property, which was an idyllic and almost surreal experience. There are lots of great things to do in the area and Beatrice will have some great tips as well. The garden with the private pool (that is cleaned daily!) is amazing and will give you all the peace you need. The greatest thing about this place might actually be the hosts. Beatrice and her family are extremely kind and welcoming. They respect your privacy but are always available to help and when you meet them in the village nearby they will greet you enthousiastically. We've only stayed for two weeks, but felt so welcome and this place felt like a second home. We'll surely return, because this place is fantastic!"
