'The room we stayed in was in need of deep cleaning. There was an unpleasant smell and the floors looked dingy and in need of replacement. The bathroom sink made a terrible sound and there were no wash clothes. I called and asked for some, but no one ever brought them. '

'Really nice Resort in incredible area! Really had wonderful stay. Something for everyone. Private secluded area, yet so close to beaches all San Diego has to offe.'

'Got a parking pass. Room was great. There is a microwave available in the Ice Machine area. The pool are was very nice. I did not have breakfast so do jot know about it. I would stay here again. I also appreciated the QR code for cashless tipping!'

'Check in was insanity. Only 2 front desk people at 4pm check in time caused a line out the door. At one point an additional staff member came in and then left. Furthermore, there's not enough parking space with the restaurant and the renatl car place all in the same area so blocking off 2 entire sections for charter buses and still charging $40 to park is a bit ridiculous. The hotel itself is alway on point but lack of staff and the ridiculous parking space with such a hefty fee needs some...
