'Great place to relax'

'Very clean, modern and spacious property with ample storage for your belongings in the room and many amenities on site including pool, gym, lounge with bowling and billiards, wine cave, grocery store, and two upscale restaurants. The location was super convenient for the music festival we were attending. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Housekeeping was great! We never had to ask for washcloths or towels which is not the case at many other hotels. I would definitely return for another stay!'

'Bathroom had small bugs crawling around, elevator didn’t work near me so had to go across building, was told I’d have a vineyard view but put me in a room with no vineyard view. Honestly wouldn’t stay here again'

'this bed & breakfast was in a great location to travel back & forth to downtown napa. our room was spacious and bed was comfy. staff was very helpful. I wish they had better breakfast options to choose from. very quiet and peaceful to relax. I'd stay here again'

'There’s so much to say about The White House Napa!!!! Charming and inviting estate, helpful and over the top staff, superb chef, cute and quaint room with updated linens furniture and amenities. Each evening a generous wine and charcuterie board was nicely displayed. We also enjoyed a morning bike ride courtesy, I might add as a courtesy.'

'Advertised Full breakfast included and it was not. Reason I choose this location from 4 other ones. TOTAL MISLEAD TO GET CLIENTS. THIS WAS A VERY ESPECIAL 35 YEARS WEEDING ANNIVERSARY. Valve to adjust water temperature was stuck in hot??? Not even a couple water bottles as complementary. Staff were good, but lack of decision-making to improve relationship. I wouldn't be returning.'

'All very good indeed. Photos and hotel descriptions are accurate. A few things concerning the breakfast. Overall the quality of the presented food is ok. I would recommend a good coffee machine with the option of a cappuccino. There are great Franke machines that do a magnificent job. However the first days we had proper porcelain plates and cups, steel cutlery, and normal glasses. The last 3 days that was converted to disposable paper plates, cups and plastic cutlery.
