'Quick easy check in. Good location. Room was clean and had everything we needed, towels, hairdryer, shower gels, shampoo etc. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was included in our stay which was a continental and then the friendly staff take your order for any cooked items. '
'It was approx 15 mins walk to the main town of Llandudno, was clean and tidy and had a big bathroom, our room had a bathroom on a lower level so had to go down a few stairs. Unsure if other rooms had more accessable bathrooms but worth asking if your not very mobile.
Lovely breakfast but asked for it for 8am and got there at 8 but a bit slow on the service and received breakfast at 8:50.
All in all a very nice stay with friendly staff and clean and well presented rooms.'

'Lovely staff, nice room. Definitely a little warm in the summer, but not unbearable. The restaurant and bar downstairs makes some very tasty traditional food, and the staff is absolutely lovely. It's also only a few steps from the train station, which is a HUGE bonus. I would absolutely stay here again.'
'The staff at this hotel are so so good they are do friendly and helpful always ready to.help Chris the manager and his team are just fab. The breakfast is gorgeous all fresh and always hot, the starter cold food is excellent there is eide selection of fruit, cold meats, local cheese and pastries, selections of ams, honey, selection of 3 juices and flavoured teas and cereals there really is a great selection to choose from.
