'This was a beautiful property. Very clean and well organized. Staff was fantastic! We had a king size suite which was above and beyond what we expected. Very spacious.'

'Made our reservation on Expedia, when we arrived at the hotel they indicated they had no reservation and had no room for us. Us. So we had to go elsewhere to find a room. Called Expedia to complain and they said a refund would be at the discretion of the motel. They said it would be up to us to work it out with a motel but they would advocate for us.'

'They charged me an extra day because a jacket was left behind. They lied ans said that a suitcase was left but when we went to get the jacket they said nothing about a suitcase. Horrible customer service, they made us wait over an hour to talk to the manager and all she did was lie about everything, to the point that her own staff apologized for her actions!!!'
