'We had a lovely one night stay recently for a wedding we were attending in the rivercourt hotel, it was amazing value for money. The man dealing with us on check in was so so kind and chatty, we had arranged early check in prior to our stay and this was absolutely no problem which was great. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Such a great stay we will definitely be back again. Denise & James. '

'We had an excellent stay. The staff was very very friendly and we even got an upgrade to a bigger room because it was our honeymoon. Breakfast was well managed with a big assortment of food. And: breakfast is included (instead of a lot of other hotels we visited). Nice gym and swimmingpool. Parking in the garage opposite the hotel for only a couple of Euro's extra. And all bars, restaurants, castle etcetera just around the corner. The best hotel and the very very best service we've experienced...

'Quirky from the outside but nice inside. Comfortable and clean. We were in a room next to the pub so we didn’t have any noise except from guests using the hot tub and they quieted about 930. Only issue we had was it was warm so we wanted the windows open but the staff used the space by our window as a smoking area. We were able to open after they left for the night. Small nice kitchen with convenience store across the street that had basic groceries for all meals. '

'Had a very good and pleasant stay on the outskirts of Kilkenny. Room, service and breakfast were all good. The only downside was the 15 minute walk from the center to get there, but to be honest when the weather is not to bad this is also refreshing. Managed to get a good price via hotels.com so also from price/quality perspective I can recommend this hotel.'
