'Het hotel zelf is erg netjes en schoon. Kamer was prima qua formaat en comfort. Een fles water was wel welkom geweest.
Al was de service in de lobby uitstekend, werd deze door het restaurant teniet gedaan. Erg lang moeten wachten tot een keer bestelling werd opgenomen (ruim half uur voor alleen wat drinken) en dat ik dessert had besteld kwam deze niet en ben ik na drie kwartier gaan vragen om waar deze bleef en bleek deze niet te zijn aangeslagen en heb ik maar om de rekening gevraagd. 'Building was somewhat dated, but rooms were clean and everything was in good working order. Staff was friendly.
Rooms at the back (waterside) are quiet, but if you want a good night's sleep, stay away from the pub/restaurant next door. In short: good hotel, no complaints.'

'Het zwembad was vies, water was koud, vieze en gladde vloer, behang hing los, vloertegels misde, stukken beton waren uit de pilaar op de vloer gevallen en niet opgeruimd en de sauna word "opgewarmd" door gekleurde led lampjes dus deze was ook koud.
De hotelkamer was okay. Er zat een nieuwe badkamer in van goedkoop kunststof en een simpel wandje. Hoe schoon het daadwerkelijk was wil ik niet weten.'

The room was clean, tidy and the bed comfy.

'The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable. 'Great little find. it was lovely to wake up and sit with a cuppa and see baby ducks, swans and squirrels. Peaceful, clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't try any of the facilities available as it was a one night pitstop but will be returning soon to try them out.'
