'Beautiful property. Clean room. However its a bit Overpriced for what you get. They tried to overcharge me for the "hotel fee" immediately upon check in. Just be prepared to over pay for everything and be hounded over and over by relentless vendors when you're relaxing on the beach. The town of Puerto Peñasco is in rough shape, and reminded me of the dirty sketchy side streets of ghetto Tijuana. But hey.. it's Mexico '

'Great property, great location, safe, beautiful, a little small but worked, we ended up not using the upper loft part instead used the couch bed. Upper part more for like children able to climb up and down the ladder or thin adults. Definitely recommend. Will most definitely will stay again on another visit. Lots of shops, food options, bars near by. Easy access to taxis.'

'I made reservations through Expedia. I drove 10 hours to the hotel and when I arrived I was told that "it didn't matter if I had a reservation or not the hotel was completely book with no rooms available". I asked what am I suppose to do now and rather than suggest another hotel he shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know" There were workers working on the hotels sign outside and we asked them since we are in a foreign country and my handle on spanish was limited we tried driving around...

'Muy cerca del malecon'

'Great view and loved the pools. Loved that one was even heated to swim when it was a little chilly out. Bed was a little hard for my liking but if you don't mind that then it's a great bed otherwise. Only thing we would complain about is more of a suggestion to the host... get a smart tv in at least the living room so guests can easily cast from their phones on what they want to watch on their own streaming platforms. Direct tv was easy to use but not able to watch movie channels. '

'Amazing place, owner really nice always on top of everything asking all the time if you need anything, the best spot to stay in Puerto Peñasco, the sea is clean and close, the pools are amazing and warm, nice bar, nice gym, it was really good for me and my family 100% recommend'

'No incluye limpieza diaria porque no funciona como un hotel, sin embargo las habitaciones son excelentes, la alberca extraordinaria, la playa tiene algunas piedras pero en general es buena, esta justo frente a una playa publica por lo que fines de semana esta muy concurrido y musica alta, instalaciones nuevas, armoniosas y extraordinarias'

'Property needs an upgrade! Dryer is so old that it rip my clothes blankets were dirty, and you can feel the spring from the sofa bed!'
