'The hotel is centrally located in the city of Derry with large clean modern rooms. The bar is essentially the pub next door, which is quite busy. There aren't any real hotel amenities eg lobby or gym, so i did find it tricky without room servi e late at night. Nonetheless in normal hours it is great and comfortable place to stay.'

'We arrived a little early to this magnificent property. We were welcomed in to the beautiful sitting room to wait for our room to be ready. Such lovely helpful staff, and so friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing, and we also spent time in the sitting room in the evening, playing cards with the fire kindly lit for our benefit. This is a little piece of the history, well worth a stay to experience it.'

'This was the best place we have ever stayed. Staff was incredible! Went above and beyond to care for us and make our stay as confortable as possible. The breakfast was delicious, and amazing. Would stay here over and over again. And hopefully will! Nowhere else I’d recommend.'

'Very nice, new, modern hotel. The staff is super helpful. I shorted out the outlet plugs in the room, and the staff was able to fix the issue quite quickly. Also, the wifi is super fast. I was able to do a Zoom meeting with no issues. I would stay here again. Great location.'

'Schönes Hotel, gepflegte Anlage.Parkplatz in der Nähe und man zahlt statt 12 Euro nur 6 Euro/ Nacht. Frühstücksbuffett eher für irischen Geschmack ausgerichtet, aber auch ordentlich andere Lebensmittel zur Auswahl. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel empfand ich als steif und aufgesetzt freundlich. Wenig hilfsbereite Menschen.'

'22 The Square was a good surprise. We didn’t expect it to be that good based on the pictures. I think they are outdated because we were in room 9 and it looks way more modern than on the pictures. We were two friends travelling and ended up with 3 beds in our private room, which was quite a luxury. The bathrooms/toilets are shared but really clean (cleaned everyday by excellent and sweet ladies) and in good amount compared to the rooms.
