'Bed was nice, all the staff I spoke with were amazing and helpful. I had only one issue with one lady being kinda rude but EVERYONE else was so nice and helpful. Very nice hotel and right by the convention center. I chose to stay embassy suite instead of the host hotel for the free breakfast and very happy with my choice.'

'The hotel is pretty old and it shows. We had poor lighting in the hotel room and the tv in the living room space didn't work. Things just look beat up. The place was clean and the staff was friendly though. The parking was a pain. They had a big dumpster in the lot so parking spots were limited. The parking underground was dirty, wet from the rain, and dark. '

'Het bed was schoon en er was geen vloerbedekking maar tegels, echter de a/c is heel luidruchtig . De tegels in de badkamer lagen meer en deel los.'

'I stayed here for five days. Checking in was quick and easy. Room was pretty good, aside from the fact there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.'

'Property was not clean, common areas did not smell fresh room was worse. Dirty towels, marks on walls and doors. Bathroom tub looked unsanitary hot tub looked worse. Furniture scuffed. TV remote was missing and even the tv wasn’t clean! We did not stay the night. '

'When we arrived around 3:20 pm we went to the room and it wasn’t ready and really dirty. Trash in the hallway. It is the nastiest place I’ve ever been. Gave the desk clerk the key and told him the room was too nasty to stay in. Tried to give us another room but we had already seen enough. He said he couldn’t give a refund that he had to check with manager. If I don’t receive a refund I will never book through Expedia again. Had to use a pass key to get in the door to go to the room. 'Check-in went smoothly, and the staff member was friendly. But, sorry to say, the area surrounding the motel is especially awful. There's a lot of noise outside late into the night. Beggars in the area bother guests and even knock on your door asking for money. Even at night, when I was already in bed, I'd get knocked on. I didn't always feel safe. I know the motel can't forbid homeless people and beggars from being in the area, but they should take some action to minimize the nuisance.'

'The staff who checked us in were very hospitable- but the key card machine wasn’t working so we didn’t have a key. They had walk us to our room. The breakfast was not good and the morning staff, especially working the breakfast, were rude. The suite was very roomy.'
