'Personeel was vriendelijk. Kamer heel basic Alles was wel aanwezig, maar inrichting kan wel een upgrade gebruiken. Vijf nachten verbleven, geen 1 keer schoongemaakt, zelfs toilet niet. Lagen blaadjes van de trolley, niet gestofzuigd. Alleen dagelijks handdoek aangevuld en prullenbakzakje verwisseld. Ontbijt was basic '

'The hotel is about a 10 minute Uber-drive to the city centre and it is surrounded by a nice park. The food is quite decent and check-in and check-out are smooth. The hotel is a basic American-British 80s-90s hotel (now taken over by the Leonardo group) with dated carpets and rooms that need a renovation. I would not give this 4 stars, 3 max. The beds are ok, the pillows are excellent and a bathroom is outdated. It is small, does not have any 4-star amenities nor equipment and - to paraphrase a...

'Very 'Oxford' style hotel. A little wear & tear in my single room. Room was a little too warm for my liking and opening the window was quite tricky for fresh air (no airco - or at least airco not working at this time of year). Rusty and leaking kettle in the room.'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful. The city centre is a 35 - 40 minute walk. You can also take the bus which stops 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The rooms aren't very special but will do for a short stay'

'When I arrived at the property, it was unstaffed. There was a list of eight telephone numbers to call. I called one and was directed to open several key safes before the right key was found. When I reached my room, I found that instead of being the “standard” room I’d booked, it was a cheaper “compact room” - much more cramped and much less pleasant. I felt that cleanliness and maintenance left something to be desired - there was cracked and flaking paint, the electrics felt to me pretty amateur...

'部屋のそこかしこにほこりが目立った。ヒーターが弱く、ずっと寒かった。掛け布団が一枚だけで寒かった。 キッチンはコンロが広かったが、包丁は全然切れなくて、電子レンジも壊れていた。 場所は悪くないのに、全体的に残念だった。'

'Wonderful price and location. Very clean and basic set-up though kettle and tea/coffee provided. The main negative was that the room was a sauna as there was no air conditioning. They had kindly provided a fan but during the UK heatwave this was insufficient. Having said that, if the temperature was normal I think we'd have had a very comfortable stay. Staff were lovely and super location.'

'Heeft maar één voordeel, hotel staat midden in het centrum, zo erg dichtbij zelfs dat je alleen van middernacht tot 06.00 uur ochtends niet uit je bed getrild word door het weg rijden van de vele bussen van het station wat achter uit hotel bevind. Donderdagavond tot zondags heel veel geluidsoverlast van de bar van beneden, vind het echt geen drie sterren waard daardoor.'
