The Space

Three bedrooms, three baths, and room for six — thoughtfully laid out across a home that's as functional as it is fun to be in. The primary suite is on the main floor while the two queen bedrooms and second living space are upstairs to offer privacy for larger groups.



The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for real cooking — whether that's a big group breakfast before the beach or a quiet dinner in after a long day on the water. Washer/dryer on-site, fast WiFi throughout, and self check-in make arrivals easy and longer stays effortless.



Outside

Step into the backyard and you've got a private yard and fire table all to yourselves. Take another 100 steps and you're at public water access on Northport Bay — ideal for a morning swim, a sunset paddle, or just sitting with your feet in the water.



The Location

Walkable to everything that makes Northport worth the drive — the harbor, local restaurants, boutique shops, and the village farmers market. You can leave the car parked from the moment you arrive.
