'Everything was perfect except the initial check in. I travel a LOT for work and had saved rewards to pay for hotels while traveling to vacation destination. Upon checking the gentleman told me to slide my card to pay and when I told him it was already paid for he wasn’t having it nor did he want to look into it when I was trying to explain. Thankfully the young lady sitting there took over and showed him how to process. '

'This is an older hotel in a great location. Our room had the normal wear and tear of an older hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. We stayed here because of the location and were easily able to walk to a concert at the amphitheater. I will definitely choose to stay here again if we are back in Huntsville. '

I waited approximately five minutes. The guy never even acknowledged me that was bartending, and I looked dead at him and he looked at me so I knew he knew I was there.
