The building and facilities were all clean and well maintained although a little older. The neighborhood was clean, safe, and quiet although a fun ten to fifteen-minute walk to restaurants and places to see and a comfortable thirty-minute walk from old downtown. Hotels closer to these amenities are noisier, more expensive, and don't have the same English charm...

'Het hotel zag er leuk en modern uit en het publiek was gemêleerd qua leeftijd e.d., dus is fijn voor iedereen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was prima, niet uitzonderlijk, maar gewoon goed. Er was altijd plek om lekker te zitten. De bedden vonden we wat aan de zachte kant en het was redelijk warm in de kamer. Een raam openen gaf dan wel weer wat verkeersgeluiden, maar al met al prima voor een weekendje weg om als uitvalsbasis te fungeren om in de omgeving dingen te...

'I stay in around 100 places each year for work and this was bad.
Poor quality fittings and fixtures vey well used. No soap, shower door didn’t close, toilet on some kind of strange plinth. Laminate falling to bits. No Freeview or terrestrial tv, streaming only but WiFi is so bad it doesn’t work at peak times 2 mattresses on bed bottom one very grubby
I think it’s a converted garage.
