If I had to say one thing is that it’s hard to control the air conditioner temperature in the room, and there are trash bins missing in the kitchen, other than that - an excellent hotel'

'The property was really beautiful. Enjoyed the pool in the room. Only critique would be the power was out for a day of the stay, not their fault, but it was a day we planned on being in the room to relax. Not much was offered by way of compensation. '

'Actually this is a decent hotel as clean, breakfast has a big mixture of choices, pool was clean and cocktails by the pool staff were superb. Overall very friendly and definitely would come back.
If any gripes as it's about 20 mins drive to main Pattaya malls/walking street/tiger park/floating market but it's worth it. '

They were always very friendly and accommodating(especially the young girl that works during the day for check ins) it’s clean, the housekeeping staff are awesome. 7-11, a hairdresser, laundry facility, and pharmacy are all within a 1 minute walk. It’s away from the beach but only an 8-10 minute grab bike away. I prefer to be away from the hustle and...

"If you need internet don't choose this hotel everybody has login problems! We booked twin bed received single beds. Not helpful to change room although we are Expedia gold member they upgraded next day and we had to pay upgrade fee! We had to leave the room 12 o clock ant they let us wait 2 hours in he lobby before we could access the upgraded room. Terrible service! "
