'We are visiting from Australia and this place is absolutely awesome! Amazing location yet within walking distance to pubs / restaurants and town centre. Incredibly quiet being in a country setting and lots of opportunities for walks by the river. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to have breakfast outside in the lovely garden. We felt well looked after. Highly recommend!'

You can hear the trains in certain parts of the hotel which is mentioned in the hotel description, we stay at the weekend so it wasn’t really an issue but during the week I would opt for a room at the other side of the hotel which is clear when booking a room. 'Mooi hotel ong 10 minuten van het station. Uitstekende ruime kamer met mooie en ruime badkamer met douche en bad. Bed was goed. Ondanks dat het buiten 20-23 graden was, was het in de kamer warm en kon alleen een klein raam open. Eigenlijk mag je ingezet prijsklasse hotels verwachten dat er een airco is. Naast het hotel is een prima restaurant waar je goed kan dineren en ontbijten. Het ontbijt in het hotel vonden wij met 17 pond per persoon het niet waard.'
