'The employees of this hotel were amazing. Very informative and our room was always kept clean. The continental breakfast was good and the coffee was hot. The building can do some work and the tub had a little bit of rust in it. That would be the only complaint that I have.'

'The desk clerk and the cleaning staff are very polite and attentive when I needed some extra towels or something they were right there they answered my questions. There was always fresh coffee and the lobby the only thing would suggest, is possibly having some fruit or maybe bacon or sausage or some kind of breakfast meat for the breakfast. And perhaps a vending machine on each floor. Otherwise everything was great peace and quiet clean. Will definitely plan to go back sometime'

'It wasnt bad but definitely not perfect either.. halls were dirty, elevator was down after storm ppl managing didnt seem to care.. very limited on items in room unless u wanted to pay for them.. Room was dirty needed swept n moped but great otherwise.. an u was responsible to take ur trash out.. kinda like living at home but without the chaos..'

Great customer service. Rock Island is a very beautiful place and in few minutes drive you can visit Davenport, Iowa. We’re definitely recommend this motel and we’re planning on coming back...

'Very spacious room....I'm sorry i didn't take advantage of it all. Excellent sleeping, very comfortable bed.
The only thing i would change would be the shower...tub makes it not as easy to maneuver in and out of.
