'Customer service was one of the best experiences my wife and I had. Staff were very friendly, they even included a complimentary upgrade with our room and brought champagne to our room for my wife’s birthday. Definitely coming back as our go to spot every time we visit Napa. Strongly recommended!'

'Incredible! awesome! From the moment we arrived they treated us like we were the only people staying.Every staff member was beyond any expectation I could imagine. The room and the view was breathtaking. The car service to and from wineries and restaurants was incredible. We will definitely be back. This is how all hotels should be.'

'We loved it! There are numerous places to stay but when we went we picked it for location and price when we go back in 2 months we will be picking it for cleanliness, friendliness, convenience and for being pet friendly it was the most accommodating clean outside area I’ve seen in a long time!

![On my first weekend in sunny Cali, David and I decided to drive down to Napa. Stopped by The Bounty hunter for lunch and the two of us polished off a beer can chicken - we were that hungry because we skipped lunch! We settled for V. Satthui in the end and boy, was that place packed! Picked up a bottle of moscato frizzante and proceeded to finish the wine - which turned lukewarm after a while.. It was 98degF outside after all! The Gamay Rouge tasted pretty good too!
