'Debo decir que me hospede sola por 4 noches en este hermoso lugar y desde que llegue, a este paraíso fue más de lo que esperaba, las instalaciones y la habitación de lujo, la atención recibida por parte de Eric, Miguel, Felipe y Orlando fue maravillosa y no puedo dejar atrás a la chica vestida de azul!! Lo recomiendo mil veces.'

'Uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Hotel is oud maar wel onderhouden. Echter kamers dringend aan modernisering toe. Ook gym en pool hebben een grondige opknapbeurt nodig. Ontbijtzaal veel te klein voor aantal gasten. Tijdens verblijf tot 2 x toe met een bordje naast een computer in het business centre moeten ontbijten. Gedurende geheel verblijf geen kleine lepeltjes aanwezig om koffie te roeren. Dit soort zaken zijn een Sonesta hotel onwaardig. Hierdoor prijs kwaliteit niet OK'

'Everyone here was nice, but I'm surprised the hostel had such high ratings, it wasn't social, even on a Saturday night, the lockers weren't big enough to fit any backpackers bags inside, and the dorms seemed unfinished, if you had a bottom bunk you would have been totally fine with privacy curtains and such but the top bunks were like a death trap, it was more like a mattress was put on top of a four poster bed than an actual bunk bed. Honestly I just ended up sleeping on the sofa, the breakfast...

'Great hotel. Staff was super friendly. Good bed, big tv, awesome shower. Only little disappointment, there was no possibility to cook in the kitchen. There was only a small fridge. '
