'Muy bueno!'

'Uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Hotel is oud maar wel onderhouden. Echter kamers dringend aan modernisering toe. Ook gym en pool hebben een grondige opknapbeurt nodig. Ontbijtzaal veel te klein voor aantal gasten. Tijdens verblijf tot 2 x toe met een bordje naast een computer in het business centre moeten ontbijten. Gedurende geheel verblijf geen kleine lepeltjes aanwezig om koffie te roeren. Dit soort zaken zijn een Sonesta hotel onwaardig. Hierdoor prijs kwaliteit niet OK'

'What a horrible experience, I dont understand why the hotel.com app would place a badge for a great breakfast which is what made me choose this stays, The breakfast was less than fair, one poor ladtladylady handing all the tables'

'Mooi appartement in Granada. Het enige minpuntje was het geluid van een bar dichtbij. Midden in een hippe en veilige buurt.'

'Fijn personeel, heerlijk ontbijt a la carte. Mooie inrichting. Enige wat mist is een zwembad of jacuzzi, zou wel lekker zijn na een warme dag wat af te koelen. '

'These place it is for locals to expend a night. Who don’t care about the place to be clean under the bed or getting a bloody towels. The staff run the pace while the Managment if is ausente for the well been of the business. La Estancia if is around the corner. That it is a real hotel. '

'Everyone here was nice, but I'm surprised the hostel had such high ratings, it wasn't social, even on a Saturday night, the lockers weren't big enough to fit any backpackers bags inside, and the dorms seemed unfinished, if you had a bottom bunk you would have been totally fine with privacy curtains and such but the top bunks were like a death trap, it was more like a mattress was put on top of a four poster bed than an actual bunk bed. Honestly I just ended up sleeping on the sofa, the breakfast...

'Great hotel. Staff was super friendly. Good bed, big tv, awesome shower. Only little disappointment, there was no possibility to cook in the kitchen. There was only a small fridge. '

'Staff was very friendly, one of the best location to stay in Cali. The wifi was fair. I will come for sure again but will make sure to ask for a room at 1st or 2nd ground. Ground floor there can be some noise from the restaurant at night till late.'
