'Friendly staff'

'We have found our go-to hotel in Minneapolis. The Element is modern and convenient. Our room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel is an easy walk from the light rail which makes it simple to go to the airport or St. Paul. The continental breakfast is outstanding. We particularly liked the yogurt parfait station with yogurt, fruit, nuts and other toppings. All in all, we will always stay at the Element when we visit Minneapolis.'

'This hotel stay is a 10 of 10!! Brand new hotel in a repurposed school building from the 1930s! Open floor exposed concrete concept with beautiful new appliances. Near the Minneapolis convention center this is ideally located in downtown Minneapolis. The room size for price including full kitchen is a bargain! Definitely worth the stay!!'

'Top hotel. Mooi van buiten en van binnen. Frans Normandisch kasteel. Zeer aardige heer bij het inchecken. Ruime schone kamer, alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer goed ontbijt. Geen buffer, bestellen en het werd vers gemaakt. En echte verse jus dorange. In downtown. 15 minuten naar de mall of America en 40 naar daar waar wij voor kwamen, Paisley Park, de studio, woonruimte het alles van Prince. Waanzinnig was dat. Op loopafstand vh hotel een prachtige Prince mural en first avenue. Genoeg...

'What amenities, there aren't any. I really do not like the no housekeeping policy. Especially when you are staying 3 days and they only give you one set of towels. I asked for more and the very friendly front desk staff was eager to please. The front desk staff was really great no matter who we spoke to. The front desk person who impressed me the most was the one when I checked out. He asked how my stay was, I said, "OK" and he said, "just OK?" How could it have been better? That was...

'Hotel is literally in the University of Minnesota campus so it was super convenient, rooms are spacious and clean and beds are very comfortable, the loony is very nice and they have free lemonade and popcorn and there is a chic filet and Starbucks right downstairs and a Dunkin across the street, I also tried their restaurant and liked it a lot, highly recommend for U of M parents'

'Our stay was very pleasant. Bartenders were friendly and very knowledgeable. Will visit again.'

'Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. '
