'The places was not well equipped, with it being over 30 degrees- only a small fan was placed in room. The windows did not open fully. No water placed in room knowing it was going to be hot. The outside needs update and not what the photos show. Breakfast was nice but.'

'The property was really well located, checkin quite early, with no problem from there side. The room was really clean, bed was good, bathroom had everything and loved the shower. Tom was really helpful, informative, gave us a bit of history of the building, which was fascinating. Included Breakfast was simple, but very good, and you could have ordered from the kitchen at an extra cost. Will definitely recommend.'

'Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. The bathroom had been shoehorned in under a sloping ceiling - there was no shower, just...

'Stanbrook Abbey Hotel is amazing in all respects. It’s historical and very attractive set in extensive grounds. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I only had one meal in the hotel and it was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, it’s great.'

'Heel aardig hotel, bediening personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en de keuken is uit de kunst. Het hotel geeft een warme uitstraling . Wat er verder te zien is in de omgeving weten we niet omdat we er te kort voor aanwezig waren (1 nacht). De kamers zijn in orde en netjes. Iedereen is vriendelijk en behulpzaam ook de mensen uit de omgeving buiten het hotel. Kan niet beter.'

'Like at most HIE hotels it was a pleasant stay. The staff made the effort dressing up Halloween style today. That made breakfast feisty. Room and shower were great. Restaurant and breakfast functional and more than exceptional for those who don't want to go out. '

'Leuk hotel, proper, ruimte om met de hond buiten te komen, vriendelijk. Enige minpunt, aan de balie staat dat je £4 korting krijgt wanneer je in de bar/restaurant voor £20 spendeert. Wij hebben deze korting toch niet gekregen omdat we niet op voorhand aan de receptie hadden doorgegeven dat we van deze actie wilden gebruik maken. Jammer, waarom kan dit niet rechtstreeks verrekend worden in de factuur van het hotel,'

'Prima kamer echter op deze warme dag geen airco oid maar een ventilator. Beetje jammer dat je tijdens iets eerder inchecken wanneer je kamer klaar is 15£ extra moet betalen. En anders wachten op je al gereed zijnde kamer. Verder alles prima. '

I sent her a few potential places to help us choose where we should stay and we were so pleased she helped us choose a great place at no.12! We stayed in the Malvern Hills flat and it was just perfect. First we loved the convenient location and then the security of the building and our flat. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I loved the aesthetics of the spaces! I had mistakenly not booked...
