Things to Note

Guest ID Passes: If you'd like access to The Villages amenities (pools, golf, recreation centers, etc.), we can help arrange Guest ID passes. These cost $50 per couple and are paid directly to The Villages upon pickup at the Lake Sumter Landing Sales & Information Center. Let us know in advance so we can coordinate for you!



Golf Cart Use: A golf cart is included for guest use during your stay. Please drive responsibly and follow all local rules and guidelines within The Villages.



Dog-Friendly Property: We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs! Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet. A small pet fee may apply, and we kindly ask that pets stay off furniture.



Security & Safety: The home is equipped with exterior security cameras for your safety. There are no interior cameras or recording devices.



Quiet Hours & Community Respect: The Villages is a vibrant yet peaceful community. Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and be mindful of neighbors.
