Easy access plus the owner let us in earlier so we could stock the refrigerator & put some snacks out for them. The place was clean, cool & well maintained. Golf cart was available to them but they didn’t use it since we were walking distance to them. I will continue to use this rental for all of my out of town guests. '

'This rental is beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The owners are pleasant and most gracious when we accidentally left the lights on in the golf cart over night. Closest rental to Sumpter Landing and the adult pool is just down a short jaunt down the road. Highly recommend!'

'The house was furnished with everything you may need during your stay. Most importantly, Kevin (our host), was so hospitable and available for any questions we had. He even spent time with us when we first arrived and showed us all the main cart paths with the golf cart. To top it off, he arranged our transportation to the airport.
