'We asked for a room off of the Main Street to keep the noise levels down and it was better but still a good bit of street noise. Hotel is nice and Bernie’s is excellent. Ten is supposed to be an upscale dining experience however the furniture is very very outdated and uncomfortable.'

'Hotel is vergane glorie, bij aankomst waren we niet bekend, is wel opgelost. Op de kamer geen handdoeken geen toiletpapier en er is geen ontbijd, staat wel vermeld op de site. Het lijkt nu wel op een junkie hotel.'

'The room we were in had a large, visible red stain all over the carpet by the daybed that wasn’t cleaned. The daybed itself was covered in stains, and not cleaned at all. When I pulled it out I found garbage inside it. Next to the daybed itself the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or tended to in quite some time. 'For a hotel this size not to have a continental breakfast was disappointing. There was a Star Bucks coffee shop close by and in the hotel (busy, not worth the wait) so that was a plus. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was clean. There was a fireplace outside at night with seating that was very nice. The people at the desk were helpful and friendly. 'Our stay was a mixed bag. What was good was great and was not was terrible. The staff were great, gave us flowers for Mother's Day at breakfast, the pool and water slide were fun, it was nice and quiet in a safe feeling neighborhood. Unfortunately we booked our room for their hot tubs which were out of order, the water slide cost extra, parts of our room were pretty dirty like a towel, spots on the comforter and bed skirt, spider in the bathroom, water in the shower was hot or cold.
