'No staff on property, but check in and check out was flawless. There are limited parking spots available on site. Cab or ride share is about $30 one way to get to downtown Buffalo (Key Bank Centre). The property is very clean. I would stay here again.'

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'The room was clean. The staff at the reception were friendly and did all they can do to make sure that’ll your requests are attended to. The breakfast, though basic was enough to start your day on a positive note: scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, tea, coffee, fresh fruits, juices, waffles, hash browns, muffins, toasts, bagels etc. The place is walking distance to downtown & several restaurants. Would recommend the wings @ Gabriel Gate’s. Give Best Western 10 out of ten.'

'Great location, clean room, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were broken during our stay.'

'We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance to the Key Bank Arena. We were in Buffalo for the Journey Concert and it was so easy to walk to and from the hotel. The hotel itself was okay - strange entrance into the building which also housed other businesses and we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs to get to the check-in desk (from the parking lot). Very plain hotel, sterile. Check-in staff was great.'

'Very nice hotel! All the staff we came in contact with was very nice & helpful. Were there for a concert at Sahlen Field & this hotel was a great location. Also offered a very nice hot breakfast buffet with many choices.'

'The major pros : location - steps from Allentown gay village . Free outdoor parking . Charming hotel reminds me of being in an old fashioned movie. If you want modern etc don’t book here but if you’re after charm go for it. This hotel is kind of like an old apartment building but it’s a place to sleep and recoup.'

'Booked a suite, got a regular king...no big deal, just called down and they fixed it immediately awesome. Got into the suite had a view of the ventilation system of the building not of anything else no balcony no nothing. 'The house has "good bones" I loved the built in cabinets and overall style of the house. It has large rooms and still cozy. There is no handicapped accessibility. It is a Beautiful Old House, with servants quarters and hallways. The pleasant owner lives in those quarters and uses the rest of the house for the guests.
