'Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf van 2 dagen in The Cypress Inn. De mensen waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de kamer was heel fraai. Ook de locatie was heel mooi gelegen, vlakbij een rivier met een mooi wandelpad. Ook het ontbijt was erg lekker en de sfeer is zeer gemoedelijk. Een echte aanrader.'

'It was as expected for the price, and close to my training with a little shopping and coffee close by. This is needed because the rooms are built for rest and relaxation. However, it was clean enough, adequate water pressure, parking directly in front of my room, quiet during my stay and I was only there for two nights. I wouldn’t think all rooms are as adequate and they definitely need more renovation but adequate for what I needed.'

'The GM showed no empathy nor sympathy to our situation. We reserved a room through Expedia, bc the prices were the lowest, just to hold on to it until we found something better. Expedia asked for my card info to reserve room only, clearly stating my card would not be charged, the information would be use to reserve the room. Didn’t think I had to read a cancellation policy. Another misleading factor that made me ok with using my card info, I had the choice to pay at property. Pay at property...

'Roaches crawling in the first room, was moved to another room. Next room was damp, surfaces were wet and smelled like mildew'

'There was one elevator and the carpet on the floor in the hallway had a bad smell on all the floors the lobby was very hot the lady at the front desk was sweating really hard and the room had no outlet in the bathroom'

'Room was good only thing that there were pests. I was not that okay for what I paid. I expected more out of it. Staff was very helpful at check in and at check out. Have no complaints but the pests.'

'This was just a quick one night stay as we unexpectedly drove straight through from New York to Myrtle Beach instead of stopping off, so we needed a place to stay for the night until we could check into our condo for the week. This place was beautiful, clean, the staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. Has a nice little pool, but we didn’t have time to check it out.'

'My husband and I stayed at this hotel and we both really Enjoyed it. The room was very clean almost crisp feeling. We had a room by an elevator and thought it might be loud, but it wasn't at all. We even got back to our room later that night and needed a snack and they had a fresh sandwhich available for me and an ice cream for my husband at the front desk area. The lights in the room were set nice and not blinding like some hotels use these days and the beds and pillows were very comfortable....

'The room was clean and very spacious. It was quiet; which was important for us. Breakfast was excellent. They also offer wine, beer and snacks during the week; it’s great. Location is great. Overall, we enjoyed and were very happy to have chosen this hotel. We would stay again next time we visit Myrtle beach.'
