The 900 m2 garden shelters fruit trees is pleasant with its large terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy every moment with family or friends. Access to the lawn area where children will enjoy having fun. A real little flowery paradise. The little extras are: a 4.2 x 2.10 metre jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, heated except in summer and direct access to an almost private and isolated beach. A staircase gives you direct access to the beach and it is also possible to anchor a boat and "beacher" on the beach with a "tender". Enough to spend days in peace and quiet.

The villa Lou Cade with its romantic decoration consists of a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the dining room.
2 coffee machines: Nespresso and also the Italian style. Glass plunger carafe for ground coffee.
A beautiful and comfortable lounge brightened by its baroque mirrors of a luxurious golden color overlooking the outdoor terrace. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 shower and bathroom rooms but also an annex where the 4th bedroom located in the basement and its bathroom as well as a mosaic hammam is located.

- Lou Cade has a single-car garage but no private parking. Parking is on the street and may be subject to a fee.

Villa Lou Cade is just a few minutes' walk from the nearest bus stop, with regular services to the city center.
