'We stayed in the suite with the private heated pool. It was beautiful and very spacious. This is definitely a favorite to come back to stay. I communicated with Christina prior to arrival who ensured our visit would be perfect. Upon arrival, she gave us a map and provided all the highlights on the island as well as food recommendations which we tried each and enjoyed some of the best meals we’ve ever had! 'The location of the property offers wonderful view of the caldera and the sunset. The property is recently renovated. It’s cosy and well maintained.
The only let down is the service. We were disappointed with the service levels given the price charged for per night stay. They don’t respond to your requests immediately, you have to follow up, even to get replacement towels, breakfast, etc.'

The staff was absolutely amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival, they immediately greeted us, took our bags to our room, and made sure we felt completely settled in. 'We stayed here for our honeymoon with our 1-Year old. Desiterra is situated beautifully at the sea, away from the touristic hustle of the island. We very much enjoyed our big terrace and the private pool. But what makes Desiterra really stand out is the service from the super friendly staff! They will help you organize any trip you would like to make, make reservations at great restaurants and have great recommendations on the things you should see.
